The Loo has an open-air design, which promotes ventilation and visibility. The slanted louver design allows authorities, first responders and maintenance to monitor and ensure safe and clean facilities for users. Absolutely! The Portland Loo® can be installed anywhere in the world. There are over 300 units across the United States, Canada, and even as far away as New Zealand.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY?
Your city can have The Portland Loo® in as little as 90 days after placing an order. Orders are prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis, so lead times may extend during peak demand. We recommend completing orders as early as possible to secure timely delivery.
HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT THE LOO TO LAST?
Constructed from highly durable stainless steel and designed to resist vandalism, our prefabricated restroom is built to last for decades with proper maintenance.
WHAT ARE THE INSTALLATION COSTS FOR ONE LOO?
Installation costs vary depending on the proximity of water, sewer, and electrical connections. If connections are located at the installation site, costs are estimated at $30,000. If connections require extending to the site, installation costs will increase accordingly.
